THE STORY BEHIND THE CLUBS
THE IDEA
It started with a problem we all had.
Busy days. Too many places to be. Not enough balance. We wanted one spot where we could get focused work done, stay active, and still have time to connect with real friends.
THE MOMENT
Then the world slowed down.
COVID-19 made us rethink everything — how we work, connect, and take care of ourselves. We realized we didn’t just want convenience; we needed real connection, real health, and better balance.
THE VISION
We built what we couldn’t find.
Three local friends — husbands, dads, and professionals — started sketching out what the perfect third place might look like. It wasn’t about luxury or exclusivity. It was about a space that felt easy, inspiring, and real — where work, wellness, and community actually fit together.
THE CLUBS TODAY
Now, it’s more than we imagined.
What started in Carlsbad is now three clubs across North County San Diego: Carlsbad, Sorrento Valley and Rancho Bernardo. From coworking spaces to cold plunges, golf simulators to the speakeasy, every Bermuda Club is built for people who want their days to feel better — more productive, more connected, and more grounded.
A modern third place built for real life.
WHAT’S NEXT
Soon to be four clubs, and growing.
A fourth club is on the way, with more communities to follow. Same founders, same heart, same idea: a place to work well, play well and be well, close to home.
FRANCHISING
INTERESTED IN A BERMUDA CLUB IN YOUR COMMUNITY?
The next stop on our journey could be your neighbourhood. We’re opening Bermuda Club to franchise partners who share our belief that great communities start with great spaces.
"Bermuda Club was founded by three friends who willed it into existence while maintaining full-time jobs and families. This is not some corporate out of the box spinoff - it’s all heart, sweat, creativity and hustle. "
Built by people like you.
Brian, Eric, and Scott didn’t set out to build a brand — just a better way to live, work, and connect.
Welcome to Bermuda Club
Here, you’ll find space to work well, play well, and be well — all at your own pace.
WHAT OUR MEMBERS ARE SAYING
Bermuda Club is the perfect balance of Golf, Wellness, Social and Business Networking. Whether you are trying to dial in your game or meet some cool people, I couldn’t recommend this place more.

This club is amazing! I've been to other similar type spaces but nothing even comes close to Bermuda. The golf sim machines were top notch, sauna + cold plunge, games, plenty of work space and a full gym! Thank you Dillon for showing me around and making such a great imprssion! Now just need to open an Idaho location ;)
— Ken Rodriguez
This is not a we work, this is not a club, this is so much more. Surrounding yourself with literally the coolest, most driven, fun loving, kind and giving people every single day is all that I have found since day 1.
— Trevor Bianchi
It brings everything you need into one space. Health and wellness, ample private and public working spaces, golf simulators to use between meetings and a massage chair to take off the edge at the end of the day.
