I’m excited to connect with you and share more about what I do. My name is Cedric Brown. I bring a coaching perspective shaped by my service as a Navy SEAL, where I trained alongside Olympic-level athletes, world-class strength and conditioning coaches, and expert mind coaches at our Human Performance Lab. My approach is rooted in what I learned there: how to build not only physical strength, but mental resilience, cognitive clarity, and lasting discipline under pressure.
With certifications from NASM CPT, Precision Nutrition, and Equinox, a background in Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Rock Climbing, and Baseball, and courses in Functional Patterns, Strong First, and Landmine University. I’ve taken the elite-level training principles from my military and athletic experience and translated them into a Roadmap that works for everyday people looking to take control of their health and performance.
